This policy covers the Ghostwriter content service operated by PushPress, Inc. ("we", "us"). It supplements the PushPress privacy policy.

Information we collect

When you enroll in Ghostwriter we collect your name, email address, gym/business name, and — only if you choose to provide it — your mobile phone number. Through the service we also collect the content of your conversations with Ghostwriter (interview answers, draft feedback) in order to write content for your gym.

Text messaging

Providing a mobile number and consenting to text messages is optional and is not a condition of enrollment, purchase, or use of the service. If you opt in, we send interview questions, draft notifications, and account/service updates by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we use and share information

We use your information solely to operate the Ghostwriter service: conducting content interviews, drafting and publishing content you approve, and communicating with you about your account. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the service (e.g., our hosting and telecommunications providers), and never sell it.

Retention and your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing support@pushpress.com.
